This apartment is ideal for a couple or a small (URL HIDDEN) is distant 270 m from the pebble beach and the very center of the small fisherman village. Apartment is situated on the first floor, with kitchen, bathrom, living room (air-condition, tv/sat), and a balcony with a beautiful wiew on the bay of Martinšćica.On the second floor there is a sleeping room with matrimonial and one extra bed for one person (also, with air-condition). Apartment has a wi-fi.

The cozy studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the more than 50 years old stone house. From the apartment there is exit directly to the garden. The sea is on 50 meters walk trough the garden. From the terrace there is a partial seaview.
