It has an excellent sunny location where from the private terrace you can see the town of Pruno with its ancient villages and the mountains of the Apuan Alps park It is an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods, get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains.

The home of the Codirosso: timeless soul in Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

Borgometato - Hatch

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La BOTOLA is part of this place.

The villa is in a picturesque SECLUDED LOCATION with magnificent views in a large garden, 25 minutes from Pisa Airport, 5 minutes from the Massarosa A 11 exit. The villa is the individual refuge of our family, which we use a lot. We are pleased to make our favorite place available to guests since spring 2019. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people, approx. 450 square meters.
