From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Coffee machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. We look forward to seeing you :)

Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Enjoy this sunny, quiet house with 2 apartments (one of them barrier-free) in a typical Alpine village - ideal for large families. The house is 280 m² and is located in a house that is over 200 years old. Large terraces and garden, spectacular views on the Kalkalpen National Park. The apartments are very well equipped - beautiful wooden floors, comfortable and cozy areas to rest , fully equipped kitchens and complete toddler equipment on request!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the garden city in Puchenau. The Danube and the Danube beaches are only a few 100 meters away, the car parks almost right outside the front door, but the whole settlement to the Danube is then car-free, so you can walk, cycle, hike as your heart desires. One of Austria's most famous architects (Roland Rainer) designed the garden city - the quality of life here is great.
