She is a mother of three, sixty years old & nice to chat in german. All amenities, including Bus, trains, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, a few minutes walk. To Linz city center you need about 15 min(🚌🚅🚘)

A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
