Apartment vacation rentals in Stephanskirchen

It was the perfect place for us to stay. Everything was super clean and maintained. There is a lot of love in the apartment, so you feel very comfortable. For us, the accommodation offered a great starting point for excursions to Lake Tegernsee, Lake Chiemsee and Salzburg. We recommend.

Even after booking, the contact with Florian was very accommodating and friendly. The check-in was very straightforward via his father, who lives on the ground floor of the house. The father was always trying to spoil the dog and provide us with excursion destinations and tips. 😊 The condo is well appointed and was clean. Its location is very suitable for various excursions. Only the main road, which runs under the bedroom, was a bit disturbing in the evening/early morning. -At night, however, no car drives there, as the apartment is very idyllic. In 🙃 addition, the view of green meadows with many sheep and cows quickly makes up for it!

Full 5 stars!! The place is as described and pictured or even better. Amenities are great and most hotels can learn something about cleanliness. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had bicycles with us (without prior notice), here we were offered a parking space in the shed. I didn't even have the opportunity to ask about it ;) For our children, the bunk bed and the adjacent play area with trampoline were the highlight. The surroundings around the Simmsee, but also Chiemsee, were very nice. In particular, the Simmsee is not yet so crowded. Everything can be easily reached by car from the accommodation. We can imagine another vacation at the place very well!

We had wonderful days in the beautiful apartment of Carolin and Stephan. Communication in advance and during the stay was very pleasant and accommodating, messages were answered quickly and very friendly. The provision of a baby travel cot and a high chair was offered directly, so we didn't have to worry about it. Everything was super clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (spices, oil, etc. available). Even water, beer, tea & some coffee were available as a welcome! In addition, dishwasher + tabs. The bathroom (directly adjacent to the bedroom) was also perfectly clean, the shower is large and accessible at ground level. The fold-out sofa bed in the living room was also very comfortable! The apartment was on the upper floor, from the balcony you had beautiful views! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment without reservation! Thank you :)

Lovely place in an idyllic location. The room was spacious and bright, with a balcony. Very reasonably priced offer. Only restriction: somewhat remote; you are car-dependent. This takes you to Bad Endorf or Lake Sims in a few minutes.

We were on vacation as a small family and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. Great accommodation, especially the fly nets on the windows I liked very much, as they are missing in many accommodations. You can hear the highway minimally with the window open. Great location and lots of activities nearby for families. Thank you for everything!

The place left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was super equipped and nothing was missing. The view is worth every penny - a feel-good oasis for large groups! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every minute! Communication with the host was also super uncomplicated! Highly recommended!

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

We had a great week in this beautiful apartment, the decor is modern and at the same time cozy, the reality corresponds 100% to the pictures. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect for all kinds of excursions. You are in the forest and on a river/small lake in 5 minutes, in about 35 minutes slightly uphill to Lake Wössen, which our dogs especially liked. From the house you can start all kinds of walks/hikes: along the Ache you can walk at ground level or up into the forest uphill to one of the numerous alpine pastures or viewpoints. The view from the panoramic window in the kitchen to the mountains/meadow with cows is very nice and relaxing. The center of Unterwössen is a 10-minute walk, a well-equipped new Edeka, bakery etc. , you will also find some inns, which in May, however, were not yet open every day. In summer, it certainly looks different. We felt very comfortable. Anja &Jérome are very nice hosts

Hassle-free, nice contact and friendly welcome by the family running the long-established pottery with the beautiful workshop. Beautiful views over the lake and the mountains to the east. In summer, a plus is certainly your own "mole" not a minute away with deckchair and parasol. Frauenchiemsee is fast walking, but if you are there for a few more days, still attractive again and again, as well as Herrenchiemsee next door, where we have been several times away from the "tourist must". Everything you need is pleasantly available. Apartment in the old house (18th century?) logically somewhat clairaudient despite modernization, therefore plausibly more peace and quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. But that doesn't bother anyone on this so quiet birdsong island. Gladly again and thank you !

Very nice apartment located in a quiet area. There are shops, a bus stop nearby. The station is a 15-minute walk, or by bus is also 15 minutes. We really liked this place, I can recommend it. Anja and family to be very welcoming.

Very great, clean apartment in an idyllic location not far from an organic farm. For us, the location and the apartment with a crawling baby were also perfect, as there is plenty of space. Christian was very friendly & always answered my questions quickly. We felt very comfortable!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

All of us felt very comfortable and relaxing staying at this spacious house. The mountain view from the house is spectacular. There are many things to do with children in this area. We will definitely come back again.

We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, stylishly decorated and nothing was missing. Even for our dog, there was a bowl and a treat. Upon entering the apartment, it smelled very pleasant, you immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great and quick. We are happy to recommend.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

Everything was great, the apartment was very nice and is located on the outskirts. It is quiet and you have many opportunities to walk

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We got many and good tips for things to do in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is in a quiet neighborhood that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
