The cottage was squeaky clean and neat with most appliances and conveniences. The area is quiet, clean and most importantly felt safe. Linda communicated well, the cleaners were friendly and came twice a week. The cottage was a comfortable size and as described. We did however not enjoy the constant stickers about rules and saving water all over the house, felt a bit like a dorm room.

Corne is a lovely host. There was delicious fruit offered upon arrival, she reacted promptly on all questions. Also her parents , who live below were very helpful. We staid a month and the location is absolutely perfect. Close to the centre, the university, sports facilities and hiking trails.

Lovely stay away from traffic and very close to a gorgeous mountain hike. Very accommodating hosts.

Fantastic experience in a quiet, peaceful location close to shopping, restaurants and wine farms. The house has everything you need so that you don't actually have to leave it if you don't want to - indoor and outdoor braai, small pool, wifi and spacious rooms. Place has a great feel, was very clean and the hosts were very accommodating and considerate. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend it to others.

The property was actually managed by Eden, not Peter, but apart from some initial panic in finding how to contact him, it was ok. Eden was a responsive host and very friendly. The property itself was very clean and well equipped, we had a few small issues but these were quickly resolved. It’s in a great area with the Main Street, wine tram and restaurants easily accessible, felt a safe location too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend Eden as a host.

Prayburn house is the best property I have lived so far in Cape Town. You must love the place and want to stay extra long. I still want to live here any day and any time. Very comfortable, feels like home. Every mall or anything you need to purchase, it is around the corner close to the house. The host is very friendly and supportive. Even things I needed aside from what was in the house, Prayburn provided everything for me. The cleaning services is 100% with free laundry. If I want to write 3000 words with 1 sentence about my stay-vacation in Prayburn house, I would say ‘There is no other home like Prayburn house in Cape Town, Prayburn house is unique and affordable.

Songbird is a beautifully appointed and extremely well equipped home in a prime position in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. This immaculate home is nestled in a private security estate that is very safe and has direct access to the surrounding vineyards and Majik Forest. It’s also just a stones throw from numerous shopping centers and wine farms, so in a very convenient position. Hermien is a lovely, friendly, generous, responsive and attentive host who will go out of her way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We look forward to future stays in Hermien’s beautiful home.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cobus and Elizna‘s house. Perfect private little getaway for couples. Located in a save neighborhood and close to shopping malls and restaurants. We stayed here for about a month and they tried to help us out with any need we had. They also brought us a fan for the upcoming hot summer nights because the old one broke before we got here. In general they were very helpful and nice hosts. I can only recommend staying with them. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you!
