Pia's place was apt for our family getaway. In reality Pia's place was even better than the pictures on airbnb. It's easy to reach and has all the amenities needed for a family. Pia is a sweet host, proactive in her communications and nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend this for a family getaway as it is close to both Cochem and Eifel national park.

We (3 adults, 2 kids and a dog) stayed for a week. The house is true to the description and is actually more spacious than I expected. The village is super quiet, the nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes drive away. The local restaurant is about 10 minutes walk, but was open only some days during the day. There are hiking/biking roads close by. It’s overall peaceful location for a quiet family stay.

what a wonderful place to stay in spring with our family (children 4 and 7 years). can take beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity. supermarket 10 minutes of drive. Lovely large garden where the children could play freely. the house itself was also super, spacious, clean, two bathrooms, play area for the children upstairs. just very pleasant. Highly recommended for young families!

We had a very nice stay at Heike's place. The accommodation is very spacious and modern and a stay with a small baby is possible without any problems. You can also sit very nicely on the terrace and enjoy the tranquility. Heike was always available and extremely friendly. From Ulmen you can get to the Moselle very quickly, such as in the city of Cochem, or to the many different and beautiful maars. In Ulmen itself, there is everything you need. (Restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.)
