Everything is easily accessible by car, 8 minutes to the highway, 25 minutes to the Erding spa, 25 minutes to Munich. Also ideal for a trip to the wildlife park, AllianzArena, Chiemsee, mountains, BayernPark. 200 m away is the bus stop RVO 9410 directly to Munich - MaxWeberPlatz. There is plenty of space on the farm. There are animals (dog, cat, horse, cattle). Of course, there is free Wi-Fi.

"A beautiful, spacious house with a fantastic garden – a small paradise in the whole street. Everything you need was there. The location is quiet, but still not far from the city center, and you can easily get to Munich by public transport. There are beautiful lakes nearby for swimming or walking – perfect places to enjoy nature. In addition, you will find many good restaurants with excellent cuisine in the area.
