The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Lovingly, cozily & fully air-conditioned furnished apartment on the ground floor in a rural location. (Nevertheless, the highway is close. It is 5 minutes by car to the A38.) The city center of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in 5 minutes by car (or 30 minutes on foot via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it is about 800 m away. To escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries, our surroundings are wonderful :)

You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. We had a nice time at Tobias place.We just stayed for a day hope we could stay longer . Apartment location was great and garden was well maintained. Great apartment. Everything is modern and newly renovated. The communication was always quick and easy. The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of town overlooking the forest. In the center you can walk in 10 minutes. Shopping is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

There were nice areas to hang out, the beds were comfortable and the accommodation was clean and nice. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. We went to Göttingen to buy food and charge the car. We would be glad to come back!
