Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Thanks to the central location, lakes, hiking trails and excursion destinations are quickly accessible.

All rooms are centrally accessible. For winter vacationers, the Gerlitze ski resort can be reached by shuttle bus (stop approx. 500 meters away) within 30 minutes, with your own car in 15 minutes. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The Slow Trails are family hiking trails through which you can experience the typologies of the Carinthian lake landscape. Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.

Only accessible by stairs.
