Clean, tidy, great contact with the owners. As a base to get to the slopes, this house did a great job.

This was a perfect apartment, exactly as described, spotlessly clean and conveniently situated. The on site parking and the sunny outdoor space was particularly appreciated. It’s easy to get to Innsbruck, Achensee or further afield. We loved it and hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We (2 adults + 2 children) spent a wonderful ski holiday in December and had a super great stay at this accommodation. Everything was sparkling clean, tidy and we immediately felt at home! Everything you need for cooking, hygiene or washing was available. The contact with the host was quick, detailed and always helpful. Although the apartment is relatively small, everything was available and the common areas (extra kitchen, boulder room and washer+ dryer) were a brilliant bonus. Due to underfloor heating, it was consistently muggy-warm. Instructions for check-in etc. were easy to understand, understandable and feasible. The apartment is located on a federal road, easy to find and yet very quiet. The much traffic in the morning to the ski resort Christlum was not noticed by us. By car, it took us 6 minutes to get to the ski resort/ town center of Achenkirch where there were also two supermarkets. I'd love to stay at this place again!

We went on vacation as a family. The apartment was beautifully located and offered a great view of the mountains. We immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The Klausner family was extremely friendly and warm. Right at the beginning we were allowed to visit the new barn – with the little calves and the horses, which was a real highlight especially for the children. We went hiking a lot, and there are numerous opportunities for things to do nearby. The beautiful Lake Achensee can be reached in just 20 minutes – absolutely recommended! It was a completely successful vacation, and we'd love to come back.😊

We had a very nice stay at Sabine's place and would be happy to come back. Sabine is a very warm person and was available for questions. The place is cozy, clean and especially the kitchen is super equipped. We felt very comfortable.

Our stay was simply wonderful! Every expectation that we had was exceeded. The property was spacious and beautiful. The 360 degree views from the balcony were stunning!!! The location was perfect and provided a short walk to restaurants, grocery shopping as well as the train station. Finally, our host, Sezai made our stay worry free from booking to checkout. We stayed with our 1.5-year-old daughter for 10 days in the accommodation. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was super described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why we fortunately did not have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the vacation we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Amazing place and very good hostess!

Very nice and clean 1-bedroom apartment with beautiful views of the lake. The only disadvantage is the proximity to a busy road (but no problem with the window closed). Check-in was super easy and the support was also great. Supermarket, cable car, bus stop and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The lake is a 15-20 minute walk. Great place to stay!

The apartment was exactly as described in the photos and very well maintained. Everything that was provided was in extremely good condition (towels, linens, kitchen).

What had a pleasant stay at this wonderful house. It was cleaned, spacious and cozy, and not forget to mention that the house is offering a magnificent mountain and sunset view too.

We stayed with Mia for an extended weekend on the way back from Italy. We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment, it has plenty of space, is nicely decorated and has a great, large balcony with a great view of the Inn Valley and the mountains. There is plenty to do in the region, but Kleinsöll is quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle. Supermarkets and bakeries can be reached quickly.

A great place to stay. Deniz communicated clearly and always responded quickly. The apartment is in a beautiful location ideal for exploring the whole area. There is everything that you need in the apartment to make your stay easy and all the equipment and furnishings are of the highest quality. We met the hosts who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend kaiserfleckerl if you are looking to stay in the Tirol region.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We got many and good tips for things to do in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is in a quiet neighborhood that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was really everything we needed, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool did particularly well.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!
