Vacation rentals with a patio in Stein

The apartment was clean and has everything Yusuf wrote, we found everything to feel comfortable, the residential area is very family friendly. Gladly again and further to recommend.

A nice and peaceful place, Checking instructions are too heavy tho, and accès codes are so unpractical to accès with many pages to go through to find the information… I expect get those in my inbox when I made my reservation. But this was the only dark spot on the panorama ☺️

I can't say enough good things about this place. It was very comfortable for our 2-week stay and had all the amenities of home. Though the bathroom was a bit small, the bedroom and bed was large and had a nice view of the street. The living room was large and had a comfortable sofa in addition to a good sized table for working space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would expect, and had all the necessities for coffee: a Nespresso machine, a French press, and an electric water kettle. Above all though was the location. It is immediately adjacent and in easy walking distance of all the sights and shops in the area. We spent every day walking out our door into the Altstadt and along the river immediately outside the rear of the house. I could not imagine a better location. The host was available and accommodating of us non-German speakers via her son, though we did not have much need to communicate after check-in. Very highly recommended!!

A total of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, 7 and 5 years old, stayed for about 40 days.The terrace was very pleasant, and I had a stress-free time. There were ants in one of the bedrooms, but it may not be that big of a deal. It is close to the supermarket and Playmobil Fan Park, and the neighborhood has a good atmosphere, so it is highly recommended for families with children.

This is our second stay at Carmencita’s. We always feel extremely welcomed and love walking around Herzogenaurach. We very much hope to be visiting again soon.

Whether sitting together on the sunny terrace, meals together at the large dining table or just chilling - for us there was everything that makes the stay pleasant ☺️

The apartment is 1 minute away from the subway station U1. The fair was very quick and convenient. The apartment is tidy, modern, very clean, cozy. Communication with Tina was excellent. Her responses are quick, kind, helpful, and a professional host. I would love to come back to this apartment anytime.

Very nice apartment. Well located to do a lot in the region. Everything was available and absolutely clean, especially the kitchen was very well equipped and large. The terrace was also very nice, overlooking the countryside. Overall an absolute recommendation.

We booked Sylvia's accommodation for our family reunion as we came from all directions. It was super easy to reach by train and car. Everyone had a good room and the 4 bathrooms were also very clean. 👍 The S-Bahn is within 5 minutes' walking distance, perfect for trips to Nuremberg and the surrounding area. We liked it very much and we are already planning our meeting for next year. 100% recommended by us 👍👍

We stayed a couple of nights at Hedwig’s place and were very happy with the accommodation and the beautiful location couldn’t have been more private and peaceful. Hedwig met us for check in and although we couldn’t speak the same language we got a thorough tour and knew exactly where things were. Hedwig’s husband bought us some bread for the kids to feed the deer which was so lovely. Hedwig recommended a restaurant up the road so we gave that a go and it was delicious. Messages were always responded to very quickly and we were very happy. The beds were comfy too!

We searched and found peace from everyday life. The apartment gave us a cozy feeling from the first minute feeling and a hostess who was constantly trying to make sure we were doing well. Lots of nice bike rides and short hikes in the area. Finally, we visited Bamberg and we have to say, absolutely a must. All in all, a very nice holiday. We can only make one recommendation here.

The stay was great. We had previously received all the important information about the accommodation, so the check-in worked easily. The house offers everything you need. It was very clean. The area is quiet and you can also use the great garden. We highly recommend the place!

We felt right at home here. We enjoyed relaxing and using the barbecue in the private backyard. Michael was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

I was really positively surprised with my girls! 2-3 real little things could be repaired (kitchen) but this is complaining at a high level! If we will visit Nuremberg again next year, I will inquire there again! Best,

It was a quiet and nice house. The decor was great, and I was more than happy to provide welcome drinks and sweets. It was difficult because the door was locked, but thank you so much for coming so quickly. Very good value for the price. The host was friendly and communicative, and solved the small issues well.

Everything is available, everything is neat, very good shower and well-equipped bathroom. Plenty of towels and soaps. Big terrace. So just positive comments.

We had a wonderful family time at Lisa's. Everything was as in the photos and she is very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Thank you to Kateryna and Maxim for the great accommodation! We were in Nuremberg as a group for 4 days at the German Choir Festival and had everything we needed. Yes, you can hear the street and the train in the background, but the area is extremely quiet for a city location. Nice residential neighborhood. No problem to park more cars for free in the street. Due to construction site about 10 min. to the subway, then 10 min. to downtown. Right, the apartment is older and therefore quite noisy, but we were only there to sleep anyway and it did not bother us. House key available via key box. So we could also come home separately. Refrigerator has no freezer compartment if anyone needs it. Coffee + machines are available in different types.

Perfect spot for our trips into Erlangen & Nuremberg, supermarket up the road is in easy walking distance, 254 bus stop just around the corner for Erlangen and the beer festival.

Everything very good. Communication and accessibility of the host was great. Apartment corresponded to the description and there was nothing to fault. Appliances and organization (check-in process - check-out, garbage, heater, etc. ) were explained accurately and understandably. Highly recommended.
