The property sits in a beautiful and green setting in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the benefits of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn station on foot. Fairgrounds/city center can be reached both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

The nearest S-Bahn station (Unterasbach) is approx. 3 min on foot, with connections to Nuremberg city centre (~10 min S-Bahn), airport (~25 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), trade fair (~26 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), Ansbach (~32 min, S-Bahn), Südwestpark (~5 min, S-Bahn). By car, you can reach downtown Nuremberg or Nuremberg Messe in about 30 minutes.

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

This cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Stein, about 3 km from Nuremberg. The apartment is located in the basement in our house and has underfloor heating. You can park on the street in front of the house. We have done our best to make the apartment cozy and hope that all our guests will feel very comfortable. Our cozy apartment in stone, 3 km from Nuremberg, is located in the middle of a beautiful garden on a forest path/nature reserve. On 2 terraces you can have breakfast in fine weather or relax next to the Asian garden. Pets are always welcome upon request .... but cost 15 euros for each animal one time .... Because of the higher cleaning effort...
