The barn in Brennvika

Enjoy quiet days with unique views of the sea and the mountains surrounding Brennvika. The silence is only broken by the waves towards the beach. The barn is conveniently located only 100 meters from the popular Brennviksanden. Great hiking opportunities summer and winter. Marked hiking trails. Choose between quiet walks along 2.5 km sandy beach, on gentle hillsides or on spectacular mountain peaks at 1000 m altitude. Speedboat access from Bodø and Svolvær to Helnessund, bus connection to Brennvika.

The timber walls from the late 1800s stop time and let you be filled with peace and new energy. You can choose to stroll up to Svartdalsvatnet, Sundsfjellet, Hestdalstuva, or you can take a walk down to the sea. You can choose to go into Sundsdalen and sit by Sundselva. You can walk to Alpøyvika or just sit quietly on the terrace reading a book.

Bright and pleasant cabin of about 45 sqm. 1 × 150 cm bed and single bunk bed. There is an extra mattress and bed in the loft. Mini fridge in the kitchen. Washing machine and freezer in the storage room. Toilet, sink and shower in the bathroom. Gazebo on the mountain by the sea. Large lawn with playground and trees to attach hammocks to. Small gas grill that can be used. 2 bicycles that can be used. Outdoor toys and games for children are also available.

Restored Barn Apartment on Engeløya

Røtnes is a beautiful bay on the stunning island of Engeløya, just opposite the Lofoten Islands. On the island you can find pristine, white beaches, mountains and valleys and the sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish. In our homestead we have a generous size barn where we have an artist studio, workshops and the guest studio apartment that we offer up as Air B&B. A wooden rowing boat, a canoe, kayaks and bikes to rent in spring, summer and autumn.

The house is centrally located in Helnessund, about 200 meters from the speedboat quay, shop and Nybrygga cafe. Beautiful archipelago with white sandy beaches ideal for kayaking, fishing and boating. Beautiful and easily accessible mountain peaks nearby. 5 km to Norway's finest beach - Brennvikstranda. Nice little community. Cozy little house from 1952 with cherry garden and porch. In this cozy cabin you can relax with the whole family. Here you can go fishing and many nice trips. Boat included. It's a typical "cabin-cabin". Outdoor toilet, poor coverage (SMS works ok), wood for heating, gas stove for cooking, washing up by hand, and water in the outdoor tap. It is a 5-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin. It is about 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store. 20 minutes to the municipal center Leinesfjord.

You can not get more central in Lofoten. In this fantastic cabin you live luxuriously and can enjoy the spectacular views in all directions. Situated close to Buksnesfjorden, which goes into Leknes city, which again is only 15 minutes away by car and has all the shops you need, as well as restaurants and cafes. At Mortsund, a few stone's throw away, you will also find a wonderfully nice restaurant and an experience center.
