The barn in Brennvika

Enjoy quiet days with unique views of the sea and the mountains surrounding Brennvika. The silence is only broken by the waves towards the beach. The barn is conveniently located only 100 meters from the popular Brennviksanden. Great hiking opportunities summer and winter. Marked hiking trails. Choose between quiet walks along 2.5 km sandy beach, on gentle hillsides or on spectacular mountain peaks at 1000 m altitude. Speedboat access from Bodø and Svolvær to Helnessund, bus connection to Brennvika.

Back to the old days. Nostalgic and peaceful little cottage with simple standard. Living room with kitchenette + extra living room in the adjoining room with a view. 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with low ceiling height. The dishes are washed the "old way" in a tub and water must be collected from the bathroom. No wifi or TV. Find peace and enjoy the view. Nice hiking areas, beach and campfire places nearby. Guests clean up after themselves, a fee will be charged on site if it is not cleaned.

Gammelstua at Storsæter Gård on Engeløya in Steigen

The Old House of our farm, charming house with a spectacular mountain wiew! The house is built about 1880, the bathroom and the kitchen is renovated. Here you can travel back in time, no tv.. The stairs scueecs, and the floor can be a bit cold in the winter, but all is forgotten when you fire up the fireplace. The island is perfect for hiking, biking and kajaking. Check in after 4 p.m, check out before 12 a.m. Transportation to or from the boat can be arranged. We wish you a peaceful stay.

Cabin with unique views

Here you can relax and recharge your batteries or you can be active. There is an opportunity for several mountain hikes in the area or you can rent a kayak/boat to see the islands that are in the area. There are also nice cycling opportunities around Engeløya. Cabin on 4 floors built in 2016/2017 so there are some stairs both outside and inside. Located on a hill and with a roof terrace, it offers a nice view of Lofoten and parts of Engeløya. There is a road all the way up to the cabin.

Rent my cozy, downtown log cabin in Leinesfjord in Steigen. It is a 5-minute walk from the cabin to shops, bank, gym, restaurant (Steigen Vertshus). The cabin is about 40 sqm, with living room and kitchen in one, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, you will have access to an annex of about 10 sqm, where it is possible to store luggage, things, etc. There is a road to the cabin, and a stone staircase up to the cabin itself from the parking lot.

Røtnes is a beautiful bay on the stunning island of Engeløya, just opposite the Lofoten Islands. On the island you can find pristine, white beaches, mountains and valleys and the sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish. In our homestead we have a generous size barn where we have an artist studio, workshops and the guest studio apartment that we offer up as Air B&B. A wooden rowing boat, a canoe, kayaks and bikes to rent in spring, summer and autumn.
