The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Our beautiful apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea village of Werdum. It is located on a lightly traveled road. From here you have an unobstructed view into the distance. It is only 4 km as the crow flies to the North Sea. The apartment is 55 square meters and equipped for four people. Our guests can expect a spacious living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed, children's room with two single beds and a shower room.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. A cozy attic apartment awaits you in the heart of the small city of Esens, on the North Sea. Located directly at the foot of the St. Magnus church, it is only about 1 minute to the market square and the pedestrian zone. The apartment was renovated in summer 2020 and has an open floor plan with modern furnishings and a huge roof terrace. A car parking space is right outside the front door. You share the hallway with the commercial unit on the ground floor.
