Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

A cozy attic apartment awaits you in the heart of the small city of Esens, on the North Sea. Located directly at the foot of the St. Magnus church, it is only about 1 minute to the market square and the pedestrian zone. Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
