Fully renovated, this T2 is quiet, air-conditioned (bedroom and living room) and minimalist. The residence offers free enclosed parking as well as an elevator. The city center is just a 10/15-minute walk and all amenities are available in a 5-minute walk. A long terrace allows you to enjoy sunny days with a small view of part of the Gulf of Ajaccio. Fiber optics is available.

Villa JUWEN private and heated pool

The JUWEN villa is composed of: * 2 beautiful 12 m² rooms each equipped with a TV. * 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. * 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room with very good quality sofa bed. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, a plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 m x 3 m and is heated from April to October.

U Mulinu studio (or duplex)

Former mill converted into cozy accommodation comprising 2 independent units, a duplex and a studio (see listing “In Mullin studio”). We also run the A Nepita bar-restaurant in Place de la Fontaine in Matra, 2 km (1.2 miles) from the gîte, where we serve sophisticated cuisine made with local ingredients. Farm tours available by appointment, depending on the season.

Our villa is ideally located facing the mountain in a very quiet setting less than a kilometer from the sea and shops. 45 minutes from Bastia, 1.5 hours from Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from Bastia-Poretta Airport. The town of San-Nicolao is a seaside resort on the Costa Verde.
