Monthly Rentals in Staveley

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, small cottage nestled in nature. It was cozy and warm, with plenty of firewood provided to keep it naturally heated. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, even keeping us company during our stay. The cottage is in a peaceful, secluded location surrounded by fresh air and greenery — perfect for a quiet getaway. The host also gave us great recommendations on nearby places to explore. We truly enjoyed our time here and definitely plan to visit again!

This was my second stay at Harriet’s cottage, it’s a great spot to stop. As always I appreciate being able to bring my dog along too. Thanks again!

It was my birthday weekend and wanting something affordable, spacious and somewhere homely, this ticked all three boxes. Great location, close to everything, but especially to Ōpuke which was the reason for our visit to Methven. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. E mihi ana ki a koe Tracey.

Such an amazing spot, Geoff was a great host, had the fire roaring for us when we arrived and walked us through all the amenities and local attractions. Beautiful views to wake up to on a winters morning!
