Located in the middle of the border triangle, Alsace, Switzerland and the Black Forest are within easy reach. The apartment (84 square meters) is located in an old half-timbered house that was completely renovated in 2024. Two bedrooms, a combined kitchen/living room, living room, bathroom and terrace are modern and stylishly furnished.

It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.

Historic Mill of Cramm, barn apartment 4

Our apartment 4 is on the upper floor of the historic barn of our listed watermill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios that we built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the building's historical character as possible. The apartment is in the half-timbered style and is characterized by its original wooden beams and a spacious open roof beam.
