Beach condo vacation rentals in São Paulo

I loved the apartment! Everything is very new and close to the beach. Not to mention the incredible view of the sea.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

The apartment is wonderful, beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable and the condominium is a spectacle in itself. The location is very good, my family and I love everything. The host is extremely kind and attentive. It was much better than I expected. I highly recommend it!!!!!

Juliana is very attentive! When we arrived, the apartment was extremely clean, in addition to having all the utensils for a great stay. The lock is electronic and the password is changed every time a check-out occurs, so we had no trouble getting in. In addition, the building has a parking space for 1 vehicle, as well as beach service with a sun guard, which is extremely useful if you do not intend to stay in a kiosk. Our stay at Fatima's house was perfect, we didn't even want to leave, it has everything close, everything really, clean house, comfortable accommodation, very clean beach, all kinds of places to shop, eat, walk, I have no complaints, only that it makes you want to stay lol, gratitude to everyone, caretaker, building manager, it was perfect, highly recommended, go without fear.

There's a bakery and a grocery store on the back street. But good places to eat, walk, fair, etc. are further away. Have to drive by car. At night, they recommended that I not go out on foot, as it would be a little dangerous. There are many wanderers around. Even during the day, we were approached several times when leaving the apartment. I thought our tour was really worth it.

I want to thank Mr. Reynaldo and Ana Maria for the information provided, the apartment matches the photos in the listing, easy to access location, new furniture and appliances in perfect condition for use. The apartment is great, very clean and organized, with chairs and a cart for use, the hosts left a tourist guide of the city, this made our travel much easier ....restaurants, bakery, market, city center near the apartment. Easy to access beaches....attentive building staff, excellent pool. I can say it was a pleasant experience, I recommend the apartment and I want to come back soon....it was my first time in Itanhaém, I can say it was better than I imagined. Thank you
