The building, very well located, I already knew it because I was in another apartment. Leticia's apartment is beautiful, it is on the 7th floor, very well equipped, spacious with a wonderful view. 1 easily accessible parking space for a van. Obviously I recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back.

The location is situated away from the busy city, yet only a couple blocks from the beach. The facility has a gym, outdoor pool, and even a convivence shop on location for quick pickup items. You can easily walk on the beach back to the town center with restaurants and convivence shops on the way. Uber is active and an inexpensive way for grocery, shopping or restaurants. Both bathrooms have hot water showers and the two bedrooms have electric shutters for nice dark sleeping. Your host are both kind and respectful in communication and information. Florianopolis is a delightful destination and you have found one of it's shiny pearls.

We love to meet Janaina's loft. Very beautiful, modern and cozy. We feel at home! The building is brand new and fully automated. We will certainly go back again and again.

I identified with the space, loved the details of the apartment and the coziness, so I chose to stay the weekend in your loft. I discovered the Oracle and took a card as soon as I arrived, and it was exactly what the moment represented for me. Communication with Laura was perfect and efficient, which made me very comfortable being in a different place and traveling alone. I loved that the loft was actually a few meters away from the beach, so I could see the sunrise and come and go as many times as I wanted between the beach and the loft.

This apartment is worth every penny invested, a condominium that offers you a lot, I spent 9 days very quietly, supermarket next door, ideal for family and children, with swimming pools, toys, courts, it is a high standard place. I'll definitely be back… congratulations to Airbnb, and tourists beware of dream sellers near Beto Park, who want to sell you Resort shares, congratulations to Priscila for investing in us tourists…Amazing! Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

The stay was excellent! The place is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, organized and comfortable. The location was also great for what I needed. Elio was attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions. I recommend it and, if possible, I'll be back at the next opportunity. Thanks for having me!

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season, it is open every day. As for the apartment, eating on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea lying in bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to do home office. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's viewpoint is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it...Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighborhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little cramped. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying outdoor moments. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The cottage is super complete, had everything we needed and was as advertised, check-in and check-out was very smooth, the concierge staff was very receptive and friendly. The cottage has a great space, even bigger than it looked in the photos. Eliana was very attentive and responded promptly to everything, it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed getting to know and enjoying the Guarda do Embaú beach a little more and our stay was great, very well located, close to the beach, downtown and Estela is a great host, always very available. We would like to return.
