The elegantly furnished, light-flooded, large house for children aged 6 and over (272 sqm) is located 700 m from the lake, very idyllic, quiet, green, but centrally next to a beautiful forest. 4 - 5 rental bikes included (27, 27, 24, 24 and 21 gears), table tennis table, table football, fitness room with rowing machine, bike trainer, abdominal trainer, dumbbells and a wonderful, hidden garden. Enjoy life in this accommodation right next to supermarkets and 1 km from the city center and S-Bahn.

Wer Natur und Ruhe braucht, liebt diesen Ort. Die Wohnung liegt im Fünf-Seen-Land in einem kleinem obberbayerischen idyllischen Dorf. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, ruhig und mit viel Natur umgeben. Es ist eine Erdgeschoss-Wohnung. Die kleine Terrasse am Eingang ist umgeben vom Garten. Ca. 5 - 10 min. braucht man mit dem Auto zu den Seen. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Bitte unbedingt mit dem Auto anreisen.

Gemütliche, helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Wohnküche, Schlaf/Wohnzimmer, Duschbad und großer Terrasse zum Garten. Privater Eingang durch den Garten. Der Bahnhof Nord ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Oktoberfest, Haltestelle Hackerbrücke ist 40 Minuten entfernt mit der S-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand von Starnberg gelegen und lädt ein zum Wandern, Radeln und baden. Ideal auch für Ausflüge um das schöne Oberland zu erkunden.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

Inmitten einer Streuobstwiese liegt unser Ferienhaus in Alleinlage. Der alte aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Teil wurde früher als Getreidespeicher genutzt. Die große Terrasse ist zur alleinigen Nutzung für unsere Gäste. Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle und Grill sind vorhanden.
