The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Bright, centrally located apartment in Boho style on Lake Starnberg: The 2-room apartment on the raised ground floor is open-plan & faces south-west. The apartment "Hannibal" is located in a nice residential area & is at the same time very well connected. It is ideally located just outside Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all the sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking and ski resorts easy to reach.

The "Waldhäusl"

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus an independent cottage with its own entrance. In June 2024, it was largely newly furnished again. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100 m away. By car, it is 15 minutes to See train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the central station in Munich.

Cozy Souterrain in Berg/ Ostufer Starnberger See

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
