We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). We're just 15 meters from the beach and a short 100 meters from the city Planjka beach, which offers a range of water sports. Plus, a restaurant is only 5 meters away and the nearest mini market is 1 km away (a larger supermarket is located 2.5 km from our property)

The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. New house built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Our Sunset Oasis apartment is located in the small village of Prizna on the Kvarner Bay. The apartment is located on the first line of the Adriatic Sea. The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.

Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation.
