This is our second time staying at this location, and we had just as great of an experience as the first time we were here! Stephanie and Nathan are great, responsive hosts. The loft itself was comfortable and clean, and the location is incredible. Plenty of restaurants and shops to explore near by and quick access to the highway. We hope to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Great comfy stay with lots of little details that make the stay feel like home. They left us refreshments in the fridge and some coffee for the Keurig. Kind hosts who are responsive, helpful, and friendly. The pots and pans could be nicer but I think we’re just spoiled by our hexclad pans at home. All linens were comfy and spotless. I think if we could add anything to the unit, it would be a water filter pitcher like a Brita in the fridge that we could refill from the tap instead of having to buy gallons and gallons for our 10 day stay. All in all, we had a great stay and would consider staying in this same loft again for future trips.

Mauricio and his wife were so sweet to our group. We had a comfortable stay. Incredible view. Wonderful fresh breeze. Mornings and nights are cool. During the day it does get warm. The small hill to the entrance is not recommended for very low cars specially if it’s rainy or wet. We did a very quick trip for a wedding, but I definitely prayed I could stay there longer.

I loved that I just had to walk downstairs to Julian Cider which is my favorite place to go to. I liked that we could have our dogs and walk all around with them. I liked that my daughter had her own room and we had our own privacy as well. The beds were very comfortable.

Stayed here for over a month, place had everything needed! Pretty spacious for a studio, bathroom provided lots of space and in unit laundry was perfect! Offered just enough privacy, neighbors were quiet and friendly. Would definitely recommend for short and long stays

Great location with great hosts

The Place is so clean and quiet, the only thing was wrong is the sliding door can’t lock. I’m so scared if someone comes inside while we’re sleeping. I texted her to let her know about it. Other than that it’s perfect to stay that place. ❤️❤️❤️

Great place! I was in town for a few days on business (though I’m originally from the area), and this Airbnb was exactly what I needed. The location was perfect for work, and I much prefer staying in a place like this over a hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet—everything worked as expected. Just a heads-up: they don’t provide soap, which I had forgotten, but there’s a supermarket just around the corner, so it was no problem. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay. We had an issue and the communication could have been better, but it certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Yes, there is street noise at night. You can hear the thumping club next door, but that should be expected in this vibrant area. Huge plus to have a kitchen so you don’t have to eat out for every meal (and a walkable .5 mile to Grocery Outlet). The large windows were awesome – people watching was entertaining any time of day. Also great to have a washer/dryer in the unit so my suitcase could be lighter. If you are able and like to walk, this location is perfect and you save a ton of money on Uber – bus stop to/from the airport is only a few blocks away. Restaurants, bars, and breweries nearby. Convention Center or Petco Park for a Padres game is only about .5 miles. Easy walk to the Bay to check out the ships or hop on the ferry to Coronado. Only about 1.5 miles to Balboa Park or 2.5ish to the San Diego Zoo. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Very comfy stay, owner is very clear with instructions and the place had everything we needed. I just would be aware that although it is beside Balboa Park it is close to a 30 minute walk to the actual entrance of Balboa Park and the Zoo. This is also described in the description so the host did cover this - but the plane noise was as loud as sitting directly outside of the airport itself. However, always had free parking right outside the door which is a hot commodity in San Diego! Altogether the host was very accurate and a great price!

This is a favorite for us. It has good a flavor and brings a lot to the community.

My stay was very short, so I didn’t have time to go check out everything by the Stadium which was very close within walking distance, but my family enjoyed just hanging out in the game room. House was clean and the area was great, Alex was also quick to respond with questions I had. I would definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Hello. I spent two weeks in the apartment. My stay was very pleasant. Jorge was very kind and attentive to us. He was very attentive to us. The apartment area was safe and clean. Very good experience, both because of the owner's kindness and because of how nice and well-equipped the place is. Due to its location, many things are nearby. There's just a lot of traffic on the street due to repairs 1 block away. I'm definitely coming to this place again.
