The house is extremely private, and has two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cycling golf and hiking are close by.

Our cozy little Pink House was built in 1910 as a farm house, surrounded by fields. Then several years ago we completely remodeled the inside updating everything, heat pump unit was added for heating and cooling. Our driveway leads to private parking by the back door. We are a nonsmoking, no pets facility. We are .06 miles to the hospital, shopping is also very close and the Safford High School is visible from our back door. This is a one bedroom with a Queen size bed.

Great outdoor Tucson living with a gas fire pit, patio couches, BBQ, bar, and hot tub (due to extreme summer heat, the hot tub is available October-May). Very quiet neighborhood close to 4th Ave and the U of A. Your friendly hostess, Sandra, lives in a private studio in the back.
