Nalazi se u prirodnom, mirnom okruženju, zadovoljiti će sve one koji se žele opustiti i uživati u krugu obitelji ili prijatelja. S gornjeg kata kuće, gdje se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe sa vlastitim kupaonicama, sa terase se pruža veličanstven i otvoreni pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Samostojeća kuća sagrađena 1890 godine potpuno je obnovljena za ugodan boravak u opuštajućem okruženju. Nalazi se na istočnoj obali Istre, u mirnom selu udaljenom 15 km od Labina i najbliže zračne luke Pula 45 km. U produžetku terase nalazi se privatni bazen s uređenom plažom s 8 ležaljki i 3 suncobrana. Casa Iria pruža prekrasan pogled na more od kojeg je udaljena 1,5 km. Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace.
