The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

This Red Roof Bungalow has recently been renovated throughout, it sits on a quiet road just outside the village. It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. It’s a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities. I’ve had to re-list the property on here due to some admin errors… for the brief time it was on here it received 5 ⭐ reviews

Barby is a rural village just 5 minutes from Rugby, 25 minutes from Leamington Spa and with good access to the M1, M6 and A14. Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet. It's very quiet with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
