Perfect little apartment in the city of Neu-Ulm

Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator. In the room there is a large bed for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and Wi-Fi You will stay directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. The train station is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 m) and is easily reachable on foot. The main public transport stops are located directly in front of the building. In the neighborhood (<200m), there are parking garages with >800 parking spaces. University, clinics, and sciencepark can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.

Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! With this gem, all important points of contact and public transport are very close by - in the middle of the city and yet fantastically beautiful and quiet (traffic-calmed), shopping, Danube, beautiful historical surroundings …! From the underground parking space, it is a few steps by elevator to the apartment with balcony balcony, on the second floor.

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a nice bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and the city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. Private access to the backyard.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
