Wonderfully quiet stay. Large garden is really a plus for the dog. Wonderful swimming pool. Very friendly host, we were even invited to a family lunch. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet. Lucca, Florence, Pisa and the beach are all easy to drive to by car. There are no amenities within walking distance, but with a short 10-minute drive you are in the nearest town with all kinds of amenities. Clean apartment, there was even an intermediate cleaning possible during our 2-week stay. We are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

This was my first experience with an airbnb and wow…. It was amazing. Monica is a beautiful person! Very helpful, kind and just a super host overall. We had a lovely stay with Stefano! The loft is clean, beautiful and well located. We were walking distance to restaurants, bars and gelato places. The bus stop that takes you to many different swim spots along the coast is right in front. We had a great stay!

We were two families with 4 children aged 2 to 5. We had a wonderful time at Luca and Paola's. The house is very clean and equipped with everything, even air conditioning for very hot days. We ate outside under the pergola every day. The absolute highlight is the pool, our kids loved it. Especially the entrance with the stairs is great for the younger children. There was everything at the pool: several sun loungers, parasols, shower and floating pillows. We highly recommend the place and will definitely be back.

A wonderful unforgettable stay in the middle of nature, surrounded by animals. Clean and recently renovated apartment offers everything you need. They offered us eggs, zucchini, and even oil. My son was able to interact with all the farm animals, but the cat Cocolina is special. And we had dinner with the owner and her son all together in the garden, an informal environment but at the same time left room for rest and privacy. Good luck to this family for their projects

We had a wonderful time! We were lucky with the weather and could use the magnificent terrace every day. Otherwise, the apartment would probably have been too small for two of us. Thanks also for the nice welcome with wine and snacks and nice tips for the area! It was very hot during the day, the air conditioning was too loud for us to sleep, but at night you could ventilate well. The apartment, the terrace, the view of the rooftops, the relaxed neighborhood - a great atmosphere. We had a lot of fun on the trip to Canyon Park, Lucca and the sea. We only wish the plants on the terrace were better cared for. These were completely dried up when we arrived. Clear watering instructions for the guests would certainly be helpful (plastic plants are not a solution with the charm of the apartment and the terrace). There are no bedside lamps, neither downstairs nor upstairs. For all those who only read digitally, no problem. We hope we can come back again
