The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.
