Located in the Rhineland between Cologne and Dusseldorf, you will find our modern holiday and Messewohnung. The apartment is located in Dormagen am Rhein near a nature reserve, on the upper floor of a two family house and has been completely refurbished renovated. Features: Covering an area of 86 m² located next to the spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, hall and bathroom. In the first bedroom there is a box spring that can be charged separately if required. The second bedroom has a single bed. In the large living room there are also two double sofa beds, so that this space can be used as living room. A cozy fireplace, couch and flat screen TV with satellite TV, and a CD - Player can accommodate for evening gatherings. CDs are available in the apartment and can be used. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator combination, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. offers a comfortable dining area for four people. The table is extendable so that also 6 people can find space there. A washer and dryer are in the basement of the house. Towels and sheets are provided by us. The garden can be to relax and crickets with used. In the entrance there is a guest parking. Supermarket: A small shopping center with Fitnesstudio, Lidl, Edeka, Hairdresser Restaurant, Bakery and Cafe, etc. can be reached in 5 minutes walk. The small cafe one can relish enjoy breakfast or coffee and cake. Special is our Icecafe! Restaurants with German menues, Asien with shusi and a Pizzarestaurant Access: Dormagen - Stürzelberg located on the B9. Few km away is the motorway exit to the A46. Direction Dusseldorf ( around 25 km ), and the A57 direction Cologne ( around 30 km). The stop for the city bus is approx. 100 meters. and offers great transport links to the train station and the city center in Dormagen. The train connection to Dusseldorf and Cologne passes every 20 minutes. From the city of Zons can can quickly take the ferry to Dusseldorf Urdenbach. The area offers many attractions.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit viel Komfort!

Unsere Unterkunft liegt in Ratingen-Lintorf am Rande von Düsseldorf. Flughafen (11 km), Düsseldorfer Messegelände (13 km). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus. In 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt lädt ein Waldgebiet mit Weiher zum Spazieren gehen und Joggen ein. Verschiedene Supermärkte und eine kleine Innenstadt sind unter einem km erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung u. a. nach Düsseldorf und zu S-Bahn-Stationen ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der Sauberkeit, Gemütlichkeit und der guten Ausstattung sowie der Ruhe im Haus sehr schätzen. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 75 qm groß, wurde 2016 renoviert, ist hell und freundlich. Die offene Küche ist neu, mit Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen Wintergarten und eine Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung hat gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Düsseldorf, Messegelände, Flughafen Düsseldorf (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Zwei Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt liegt 2 km entfernt. Sehr gute Radwege ab Haustür an der Niers.

Das Apartment in unserem Einfamilienhaus mietet ihr für euch. Hier haben wir einen neuen Router angeschlossen. Jetzt besteht hier die neuste WLan Technik WIFI 6. Die 50qm mit einem Süd-Balkon sind mit einer mobilen Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Boxspringbett (1,40X2m) und begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Im Badezimmer findest du eine schöne ebenerdige Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnküche ist komplett ausgestattet.

Kultur und Geschichte erleben, Natur genießen oder im Garten entspannen ... Grillmöglichkeit, Sauna und ein Holzbrotbackofen stehen unseren Urlaubern nach Absprache zur Verfügung.

Eingebettet in traumhaftschöne Natur die durch Wiesen, Wälder, Fluss- und Bachläufe geprägt ist, befindet sich unser Ferienhäuschen. Seine Geschichte geht bis in das Jahr 1844 zurück, 2010 wurde das Waldhaus zur Wupper nach modernen und zugleich ökologischen Standards liebevoll saniert. An das Haus schließen sich 2 Terrassen und ein großer Garten an. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen...

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The solidly built, well-insulated garden house with covered terrace is located in the back of the beautiful garden. It is equipped with electric heating and fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

Mobile Shipping Container In Horse Farm

Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
