We have a 110 sqm apartment for 4 people in our house. There is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access in both the living room and both bedrooms. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 am - 9 pm) is of course possible as well as breakfast with us in the morning. Both are included in the price. Small, peaceful flat (for 1 guest) with modern facilities, located directly next to the Düsseldorf trade fair centre and the Nordpark. The train station with a direct connection to the city centre is just 5-8 minutes ( walking distance) away from the flat and takes you directly to the city centre (10-minute drive). Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are also within easy reach. Breakfast (individually by request) is included in the daily price.

You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
