From there you can reach the following places very quickly: - Old Town & City Center - 9 minutes - Königsallee 8 min - Main train station - 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 minutes (1 transfer) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, McFit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance.

Great place for Long-Term Lease

This small apartment is located on the 5th floor of a secure residential building in the heart of Dusseldorf. My yoga school is located in the base of the house and included in the price is a free yoga class for my guests. My small apartment is the ideal location to get to know the city. This location is also particularly suitable as a trade fair platform because of the excellent connection. I teach yoga in the house and take care of all concerns also to my guests.

It's a small cozy 1-room apartment with balcony. Please note: It's an old house, so I am sorry you have to do some sports. The apartment is on the fourth floor without elevator. Near river: Rhine. Bus and metro station are 8 minutes on foot away. You can reach the city center and fair very easily by bus or by metro/tram. If you like to take a walk ca. 30 minutes. The fair (Messe) is ca. 3 km away.
