There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Surrounded by beautiful woodland and set back from the road, enjoy a peaceful stay where you can truly relax. ​ With a fully fenced front and back garden we are perfectly set up for young families and dog owners alike.  ​Built in 1882 and sympathetically renovated in 2023 these old farm workers cottages have long been a single dwelling but still hold the stories of years gone by.

The "Old Snooker Hall" is located in the lovely village of Tetsworth, approx 10 minute drive from the market town of Thame and 25 minutes from Oxford city centre. It offers modern, spacious and light accommodation for 2-3 people, benefitting from it's own entrance and private back garden with views over the fields. A parking space on our driveway is included. There are a wealth of stunning Cotswold market towns on the doorstep.
