Charming completely renovated studio apartment in quiet St. Pete neighborhood sits below another apartment. Studio has dishes and glasses, pots, pans, utensils, linens, etc. The apartment has a kitchenette with a table top burner with two burners (no oven) a medium-sized fridge, microwave, convection oven & coffee maker. Furnishings: Full-sized bed (new as of June 2024), table, chairs, bookcases, wardrobe. French doors lead to patio; new appliances and small shower, TV and cable/internet.

This is a new retro style RV based on an early 1960's camper called the Holiday House. The decor is a vintage Florida beach and camper theme. Inside you have all the modern amenities including WiFi, TV with Netflix, AC, heat, full bath with shower, full kitchen with nice sized frig and freezer. Cute, spacious apartment located in Historic Kenwood, which was named 2020 “Neighborhood of the year” by NUSA. Our apartment is above our large garage. Lots of charm and just enough space to spread out a little for some privacy. Located close to downtown, walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries and bars but still a short drive to our beautiful beaches. You access the apartment through our side gate and up an exterior stairway.
