Condo vacation rentals in St Petersburg

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

The main thing about Cori’s place is the incredible view of Tampa Bay right from the balcony a few steps away. You’ll see fishing boats, cruise ships, dolphins, manatees, and lots and lots of pelicans. The bay is endlessly entertaining. The apartment itself is compact and comfortable, well-stocked and in a great south side location. The main “Yacht Club” pool complex is excellent. Thanks, Cori, for being such a good communicator.

What an awesome stay! Lana was so communicative and we loved everything. It was great having all beach equipment available, as well as coloring books for the kids and even charging cables to borrow! LOVED the access to fans and noise machines. The location was perfect, and so quiet and clean. Lana made amazing accommodations when our plans changed and ensured our stay was comfortable. It was just a minute away from the beach, and we walked to a new restaurant every night. HIGHLY recommend for your beach stay!

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We loved this property. The views were incredible. The view out of the sliding glass doors is even better than the pictures. We watched dolphins every morning. We loved being able to walk over to Doc Ford’s and eat. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but the rest of the unit was very accommodating and comfortable. All the staples you will need while there are also provided. We were sad to go!

Great place to stay. It is surprisingly quiet. Easy access to the beach . We were very comfortable & highly recommend. I appreciate all of the help she provided.

I had a wonderful time. 10 out of 10 definitely do recommend. But if you and your partner having a anniversary this is not for you. They want you to be quite at 10pm. Pool closes at 8 so keep that in mind if you like swimming when the sun starts going down. But other then that everything was good. Very nice vibe.

This place is extremely beautiful! The other tenants are so kind which adds to the experience!

Debbie was a great host. When we had a question she even made herself personally available if needed. My wife is a light sleeper and Debbie’s place was well insulated and quiet. We would definitely recommend her as a host and would love to return in the future.

We had a lovely time staying at Rich’s! We had plenty of room, sleep like babies, and loved sitting on the patio watching for dolphins! We saw a few around the bay :)

We had a great stay here! Amazing view and the space was just like the photos. Tons of beach stuff and I've never been in such a well stocked Airbnb! Lots of kitchen staples and supplies. Definitely will stay again when we're back in the area. Thanks, Patty!!

I travel often and I stay at Airbnb’s because I cook my own food so I always need a place with a well equipped kitchen.. this had it all! Also INCREDIBLY clean! I was very comfortable here and it is a wonderful quiet community. Great beds and washer/dryer! Very convenient location. Nothing but positive things to say. Hopefully I will be back soon

Great hosts that are very responsive, condo was super clean and right on the beach. They have everything to spend the day on the beach, chairs umbrellas, towels, toys etc. The beach is so beautiful too, powder white sand, crystal clear water and amazing sunsets. A wonderful place to relax, unwind and recharge.

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

We spent our second 4th of July holiday here and had an awesome time. We loved the fireworks on the rooftop and ease of access to the beach and intercoastal. We will certainly be back.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

We had a great time during our stay! The unit is in a great location what is off the beaten path a bit but is still walkable to restaurants and the beach. Andrew was super responsive and had great information, and made for an easy AirBnB experience.
