One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Vacation home Innerwalten 100

The cosy "Ferienwohnung Innerwalten 100" is located in Walten (Valtina), a small and very idyllic mountain village at 1.300 m, which belongs to the village St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The generous holiday flat offers place for 8 persons. The charming apartment has a large living-sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 persons each. There is also 1 separate double bed room and a small cooking area with 2 stoves and a fridge.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Holzer's Apartment

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Holzer's" in San Leonardo In Passiria is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

Stachelburg residence - living within historic walls

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Auf gut 90 m² stehen Ihnen 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Wintergarten, Badezimmer und ein großer Balkon, mit Panoramablick auf die Texelgruppe und die Stadt Meran, zur Verfügung. Ein privater Parkplatz ist vorhanden, bequem für diejenigen, die die Stadt Meran auch zu Fuß erleben möchten.

From January to February, our apartments are only rented from Saturday to Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

The vacation apartment "INNERGASSERHOF Ferienwohnung Enzian" is located in St. Martin in Passiria (San Martino in Passiria) in an idyllic location with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains of the Hirzer Hochtal (Hirzer alta valle). The region is worth a vacation in every season. In winter you can ski in the nearby ski resorts and in summer you can go on mountain tours or hikes.
