Beachfront vacation rentals in St-Laurent-du-Var

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous logeons dans l'appartement de Marie-Pierre.Appartement très confortable avec tout le nécessaire.Endroit calme à proximité de tout les services.L'hote est très à l'écoute. Je recommande.

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

Therese’s flat was perfect for our romantic getaway in Nice. The location in the middle of old town was ideal. The apartment was spacious, stylish and well kept. The day bed was lovely for siestas and its kitchen was complete with everything we needed on days where we decided to eat in. Therese was easy to communicate with and even went out of her way to make sure a local train worker strike wouldn’t impact our departure.

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

Matthieu was an amazing and thoughtful host. He went the extra mile to make sure our check in and check out was super easy and even carried our bags. The place is a perfect location to explore the old town with lots of great restaurants, the beach, bakery, and supermarket near by. Train station is a short walk with access to Cannes etc. would recommend

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Grégory, qui nous a fait une attention avec des boissons fraîches. L appartement avec balcon, est restauré à neuf, meublé avec goût, Il ne manque rien, tout est bien pensé (linge de toilette et de lit y compris) ! Pas de soucis de stationnement, nous avions une place en parking souterrain. La localisation de l appartement est top, et proche des transports ligne 12 pour aller à Nice. N'hésitez pas à louer !

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

Excellent séjour, très bel appartement avec une grande piscine accessible dans la résidence: les enfants se sont régalés! L'appart est assez spacieux, bien climatisé, le balcon vu mer est super agréable. Le parking privé au pied de l'immeuble, c'est top. Zéro prise de tête du début à la fin, Ryan est très réactif: merci!

Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Lage. Der Weg zu den Öffis ist nicht weit entfernt. (5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Saint Laurent du var) und beim Strand ist man zu Fuß auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Die Küche beinhaltet einen guten Backofen und eine gute Mikrowelle. Der Herd ist leider nicht brauchbar, da er nichtmal Wasser zum kochen bringen kann, falls man schnell was kochen möchte. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sauber und ist für 2 Personen groß genug. Der Balkon ist auch sehr angenehm. In der Nacht ist es draußen dank der Straße direkt unter der Wohnung manchmal recht laut, was allerdings nicht stört wenn man die Balkontüre zulässt. Ich würde die Wohnung empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist im Grunde alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch die vorhandenen Reinigungsgeräte und -mittel waren sehr praktisch. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten manchen stören: Im Flur war leider ein recht starker Rauchgeruch wahrnehmbar, der teilweise in die Wohnung zog. Die Lage an einer gut befahrenen Straße bringt etwas Lärm mit sich, was man vor allem nachts merkt. Außerdem ist das Sofabett für längere Aufenthalte nicht ganz so bequem. Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen und danken der Gastgeberin herzlich für ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Un très bel appartement fonctionnel et propre dans une belle résidence privée et calme, à une minute à pied de la plage.. Nexflix sur la tv, climatisation dans chaque pièce à moduler selon les préférences. Roberto reste actif et dispo par message pour toutes suggestion ou aide! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great ocean view and a location with everything you need in the area. It’s a bit noisy with all the people around, music from the restaurants and airplanes coming and going. My only negative comment is the lack of written instructions to find the location and use of all the keys and fobs for the various doors, garage, elevators, safe etc

Superbe appartement, Lucas et sa maman qui nous ont accueilli sont très sympathiques et serviables. Ils sont très flexibles concernant les horaires dans la limite du possible. Appartement très propre, nous étions 4 dont 2 dormaient sur le canapé lit qui est très confortable. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour ! Je vous le conseille à 100%. Encore merci

Ich würde Laura auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, die Wohnung gut gelegen in der Nähe von allem (Flughafen, Bahnhof, Bus,Einkaufszentrum...) Laura war eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie erklärt wie die Unterkunft funktioniert, alles war klar und präzise. Vielen Dank!
