Apartment vacation rentals in St-Laurent-du-Var

Julia responds quickly to questions with clear answers. She was very helpful when we locked ourselves out and quickly arranged a spare set of keys. The apartment has recently been renovated and is comfortably furnished, with a decent sofa bed. Beautiful sea view. We only found the road busier than expected. The parking space on a closed area behind the building was a real plus for our car with bicycles.

Amazing home. Absolutely beautiful way to spend your time in Nice. You can sit on the balcony and watch the planes come in and out. The elevator is so helpful for luggage. The home itself is stunning. Everything about this place is a yes! I fell in love with Nice so I will use this place again when I come back ❤️

We liked the Airbnb very much, the apartment is clean and right by the sea. The communication and service were great.

There are sounds from the departure track and the road, the only disturbing is that when you close the windows, the view , the house and everything else was very good, Jacques and loic are very helpful, thank you, we had a car, the garage works a lot

We were very well hosted by Gregory, who gave us a nice touch with cold drinks. The apartment with balcony, is restored to new, tastefully furnished, There is nothing missing, everything is well thought out (towels and bed linen included)! No parking worries, we had a space in the underground parking. The location of the apartment is great, and close to the transport line 12 to go to Nice. Feel free to rent!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay! Christian gave us a warm welcome and took the time to show us everything in the apartment. The place was very clean and fully equipped – especially the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, everything was perfect, and we felt very comfortable. Christophe was the perfect host. He sent a video which was great to help us locate and access his apartment. The apartment was perfect with all of the amenities described. Very clean and welcoming. It’s in a fantastic location with lots of eating and drinking places close by. Beautiful promenade walks and access to so many places via the bus and the train. Easy access to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Ventimiglia. All great places to soak up the Cote d’Azure atmosphere! All in all, a great week! Thank you Christophe!

Great apartment with a nice location. The way to the public transport is not too far away. (5 minutes' walk to Saint Laurent du Var train station) and the beach is also within 5 minutes' walk. The kitchen includes a good oven and a good microwave. Unfortunately, the stove is not usable, as it cannot even bring water to a boil if you want to cook something quickly. The apartment was clean on arrival and is big enough for 2 people. The balcony is also very pleasant. At night, it is sometimes quite loud outside thanks to the street directly under the apartment, which, however, does not bother you if you allow the balcony door. Would recommend the appartment.

My partner and I had a lovely stay in a good place and very friendly but also very responsive hosts. The accommodation matches the photos!! Parking is hard to find but a few spaces are available around the accommodation. If you come without a car, public transport is very accessible. A very nice functional and clean apartment in a beautiful private and quiet residence, a minute walk from the beach. Nexflix on tv, air conditioning in each room to be modulated according to preferences. Roberto remains active and available by message for any suggestions or help! We'll be happy to go back!

Lucas put a lot of care into making his home beautiful and comfortable, with extra touches like cokes in the fridge, new sponges, laundry detergent. Everything is very new and good quality. The location is amazing, a short walk to beaches and lots of nice restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was perfect! Close to everything but quiet. The garden area was a treat as well! Looks just like the photos and is stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely rent again the next time we’re in Nice.

Needed extra towels for the family and Ryan delivered., place is groovy, especially the verada overlooking the sea. The morning breeze and sun is viola! it's a good spot.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. We had an amazing stay! Raymond & Anne were so friendly and helpful—always available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views of Monaco. It was easy to get around, yet the home felt private and peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. The available air conditioning was much appreciated. The lack of a shutter quickly lets in light, but all this was mentioned in full transparency. The place therefore corresponds in every respect to what is presented. Again, thank you for hosting us
