Had a great time in this beautiful home! Many restaurants, activities, sights to see close by! The only things that would make this home absolutely perfect would be on site pool and gym. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Home decor definitely elevated the stay! Would stay here again

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

Quiet, very clean, decor well curated. A beautiful place to stay. It was also in a very convenient location for the activities we were taking part in. I will stay here again the next time I come to Anastasia Island.

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

I rented Rachel’s Airbnb because I was taking my cousin to a concert at the Saint Augustine Amphitheater. The concert was incredible and our stay was equally wonderful. The house is exactly as shown in photos. It is very cute, conveniently located, and perfectly clean and tidy. We really enjoyed relaxing on the covered patio with coffee and conversation. It was a perfect stay and we will definitely be back!! Thanks so much Rachel.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a mile from historic downtown St. Augustine, which made it incredibly easy and straightforward to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and sights. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, offering a peaceful retreat after each day of enjoying downtown. The space itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining it. The pillows were unbelievably soft and comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning! Everything we could possibly need was already there—fully stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Highly recommend this gem if you're planning a trip to St. Augustine. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seahorse Studio! The space was beautiful, recently updated, and spotless—everything felt fresh and thoughtfully maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made it a comfortable retreat after a long day out exploring. The location was also ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! Great place to stay to explore the historic parts of St. Augustine with my 2 year old. Super walkable and convenient! The bed was super comfy and the space had literally everything you need (sunscreen, dry shampoo, flossers, body wash, etc). The first night a fan wasn’t working and the host brought another one by within 30 mins! Thank you for a great stay :)

Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

Prefect beach condo! Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach for a couple days. Hosts were lovely and wonderful communicators.

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to start our St. Augustine adventures. Located in the heart of the historic downtown we were just a few feet away from all you want to see in this incredible city. The historic building was beautiful. The access was easy after we were finally able to check in, not one minute before four. Parking was offsite a short walk. We were not allowed to park 25 minutes early to gather our belongings for the room. The condo was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. It would definitely be great for a longer stay.

It’s a nice cozy place within walkable distance to the beach. We had a great stay! I would definitely recommend this place.

Paty was an excellent host, and the place was exactly as we had anticipated from the listing. I highly recommend it. It’s a very nice, beautiful tree-lined community.
