Russell was for sure one of the most responsive and accommodating host I’ve had. From the moment we got there, and a little chance interaction we had on the second day, he was welcoming, gave amazing restaurant recommendations that only a local would know, and responded within minutes to any inquiry. The home was clean and everything we needed for a quick, 2 day beach getaway. This Airbnb is literally minutes away from Anastasia State Park’s beaches, which was a big selling point for us as well. Don’t hesitate to book here!

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

This home is even better than pictured! There are thoughtful details everywhere like tea, coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, makeup towels, and lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers! Everything was so comfortable, clean, and welcoming and Antonio was incredibly communicative and accommodating! The fenced yard also is especially a wonderful feature especially for folks traveling with their pup! We enjoyed playing corn hole in the backyard and there is even a fire pit for cooler weather! We would highly recommend everything about our experience! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

I really enjoyed the aesthetic of the place, the street was very dark and hard to turn around on but that’s not his fault so I’m not holding that against him but as far as the place, it felt just like home, was super clean, and he responded fast, I was concerned I wasn’t going to get approved because of how late it was but he got me and my family in with no issues and we slept like babies, I enjoyed the shower in the back behind the kitchen, I would recommend and would definitely stay again, hopefully the price will be a little more reasonable

Valerie's place was absolutely fantastic! It is so close to George St and the fort that we had endless things to do and never had to use our vehicle. The onsite parking was a nice perk too, as a lot of airbnbs nearby didn't offer this. Despite it's close proximity to George St, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean and incredibly decorated. The photos and description of the place were accurate. We really enjoyed our short stay here and hope that we can return again very soon!

We had an amazing stay at this Air BnB in Saint Augustine! The place was clean and beautifully maintained with an old Florida feel/charm—very cozy and quiet inside, perfect for relaxing; very cozy on the outside with back porch and fenced in yard. The location was ideal, just minutes from historic downtown and close to everything you might need. What really stood out was the host—absolutely fantastic in every way: incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. This was easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

When I booked this house I didn’t realize how incredible the location was. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend! Within walking distance of everything. Clean and cozy. The porches were my favorite thing about this house.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

Jamie’s place was everything we hope for and more. With the amazing view and direct access to the beach the location was perfect. The area is very peaceful yet walkable and welcoming. The place is spacious and pristine clean. Finally Jamie is an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Jamie’s place any time and any day.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Jordan's place. The place was comfortable, clean, quiet and had lots to do within walking distance. We will definitely be looking this place up next time we are in the area.

My family of 4 absolutely loved this place!! We all felt right at home. It had everything we needed, including 1 minute or less walk to the nearest pool and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The wagon and beach toys/chairs were so handy. We loved the patio and comfy beds. We slept so good there! Everything was so clean and well decorated. We will definitely come back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place had everything we could possibly need—Mary has truly thought of everything. The description and photos were spot-on, and all the rave reviews about the home are completely accurate. I even brought my handheld steamer from home and was shocked to find the exact same one already there—just one example of how well-equipped this place is! Our family didn’t want for a thing during our stay. The heated pool right outside the back patio was a dream, and the location couldn’t have been better. We can’t wait to return soon!
