Vacation rentals with a fire pit in St. Charles

Our stay was very pleasant for a group of 6. Plenty of space just as shown in the photos and bedrooms beds were comfortable. Good location in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to get to other areas in the. w Suburbs, main highways and local restaurants/shopping. Good place as described and the host was very responsive, always responding to messages within minutes.

This home was perfectly clean and well-stocked with all the essentials to make our weekend stay comfortable. Demi is very responsive and gave us a quick walkthrough when we arrived to show us where everything was and to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location with just a few blocks walk into downtown Palatine and the train station.

Adorable spot for a weekend away from the city. Great experience from every detail on the interior to the thoughtful touches like chocolate & wine for purchase. The surroundings are beautiful !

Found an absolute gem on this app ...that being both this listing AND Veronica! When my husband and I first started planning our micro backyard wedding we never thought we'd find a place like hers- secluded but not too isolated, gorgeous, huge backyard, pristine, enough sleeping spaces for all the out of towner, a gorgeous "theme" room to host the reception...and pet friendly so my dog could be the ring bearer! From the very beginning Veronica was just as excited as us to have our wedding there. We asked if we could possibly stop by and peak into the backyard to get an idea of the layout. Instead, she took time out of her Sunday to give us a FULL tour! She even gave me a hug afterward, it was so sweet. Veronica went out of her way to provide tables & chairs and was quick to reply to messages when I had questions day of. She even followed up after to ask for wedding photos! My husband and I said if her place is still available a decade from now we'll have our vow renewals there!!

Excellent location not too distant from local stores, and an easy drive from Chicago O'Hare and the nearby convention center. Host was accommodating and allowed for a bit of an early check in. The property was clean and we ran into no issues during our stay!

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! Gigis place was spacious for the 4 of us and had a home vibe! We liked the kitchen a lot

We loved the coziness and privacy of the place, it was such a welcome hideaway after our busy days sight seeing in downtown Chicago. The blue line train stop became our bestie because it got us downtown and back relatively quickly (30-40 min) and direct. The neighborhood was nice, walkable and we got pretty gorgeous weather. The space was clean and welcoming with all the needed necessities. So comfortable and clean, and it smelled so nice when we arrived. The bathroom was clean and bright with plenty of clean linens. We saw Jordan out walking the dog a few times but they made a point to give us good space, and responded quickly when we needed the door lock battery changed after checking. Would absolutely recommend and hope we get to visit again!

I haven't found an Airbnb in quite some time that I felt was better value than the cost, and this one definitely was. Great hosts and very cute/charming house. Will be recommending to friends and will probably stay there again next time we're in the city.

I absolutely loved staying here! The place is perfect. It is so easy to get to, has a great parking, is close to downtown Geneva, and is safe and private. The decor is adorable and so comfortable. It was so clean and cute and convenient. The bed is so comfortable. Cita is also so nice and extremely helpful and responsive. I loved everything about staying here. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I am in Illinois. Amazing little place!

This was our family's first time doing any sort of "camping" (we had a cabin, did not bring a tent, so it was technically "glamping") but it couldn't have been a better time. Sylvia and her team all worked together to make sure everyone had a great time--whether staying in tents, in campers, or in cabins. There were fun activities throughout each day, the community bathrooms were cleaned throughout the day and night, the pool was nice, all the amenities such as the playground/gaga pit, jump pad were photographed and described so we knew just what to pack. There was a phone number you could text if you needed more firewood delivered (even after hours) which was REALLY nice. My kids LOVED the little store most of all...lots of basics like foil/firewood/milk/butter/aspirin to buy at reasonable prices as well as really great collection of well-priced toys and gems the kids loved shopping for. It was easy to say yes! Overall, it was a wonderful time and my kids said they want to go again!

Thank you Cathy for hosting us last week. The stay was awesome and we really enjoyed the six day stay at the location with family in your home. We will unconditionally recommend it to anyone who wants to spend great private family time in great surroundings and yet not be far to reach out to the bustle of the city.

This place was amazing and it was just getting ready for the change of seasons so the outside continued to get beautiful each day we were there. We saw deer every day and staff was very responsive. You get everything in the idea of a rustic stay but with modernized touches. Highly recommend seeing it for yourself.

Absolutely loved staying at Sylvia's! The camper is very conveniently located within the park - close to all the amenities and activities! Easy to access, beautiful grounds and a very peaceful stay for my family and I.

Nico responded quickly with everything we asked of him. He has a nice home. The pool wasnt available for use but other than that it was good!

I can’t say enough about this peaceful and beautiful getaway. The home is gorgeous and the property is meticulously maintained. Deer visit several times a day and it is also a bird lovers dream! The hosts are so kind and responsive. I have had the absolute pleasure of staying here several times and it never disappoints.
