Fresh and Modern Apartment Luka with Old Town & Sea View

There are only few terraces like this: Dubrovnik's Old Town in front of you and the clear Adriatic Sea behind it. The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. One bdr apartment close to Old Town, terrace

Central, walking distance to Old Town, superb, south oriented and sunny, safe and peaceful surroundings, great relaxing private terrace and entrance. In front of is a courtyard, peace, not a traffic road. The bus is nearby, driving directly to the Pile entrance of the old town. The apartment is in a stone traditional house for local feel, but modern, fully equipped ( wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, large kitchen with all, clean bedding, towels, soap ...).

An outdoor balcony is featured with two wooden chairs and a round table set, overlooking a stunning coastal view. Fresh pastries and drinks are placed on the table, highlighting the scenic vista of the sea and the terracotta rooftops of the old town below.

The best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was so beautiful and in such a great location. The view from the pool was breathtaking. Rooms were all very clean and beds were super comfy. Just a short 5 minute walk from the old town, the harbour and the beach. We all felt a lot fitter by the end of the trip walking up all the stairs!

Nicol’s place is a great place for your Dubrovnik adventures . It is a walk up the hill from the old city, but as our GOT guide said look at your beautiful gym! No need to exercise independently. We really did not mind it. Everything is up and down there and you get the beautiful views! Also, a little grocery store is a short walk away and a cool bar called Biker bar next door.

Amazing spot for a quick getaway. Close to the local activities in Dubrovnik, and had in home amenities for evening downtime. Hot tub was perfect for sunset viewing. Host was amazing and gave many recommendations prior to arrival. Would stay here again!

We really had a lovely stay here. It is just 10-15 mins walk to the old town, however the hike going back to the place is a little bit tiring because of the stairs. But it is just common in Dubrovnik to hike some stairs😁. And they offer also a transportation from and to the airport, which I find convenient given our flight was 6am and had to be at the airport at 4am. I highly recommend this place when visiting Dubrovnik. 😎
