Monthly Rentals in Springwell

My husband stayed here for about a month before moving into our new home. He'd relocated from Canada and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment had everything he needed for the month. Myra was responsive when there was an issue with heating and it was sorted quickly. Would recommend this apartment to others! Close to a shopping centre/town centre and amenities.

Great Airbnb, very clean, with good facilities, very comfortable, perfect for two, with the benefit of secure parking behind electric gates. We used it to visit our son and girlfriend in Newcastle over a weekend. Our hosts were fantastic with communication, giving great directions and always responding promptly to our messages. A welcome gift of food essentials was waiting for us on arrival (bread milk eggs etc), which was a lovely touch. Located outside Newcastle, this was ideal for us and a short Uber trip into the city was less than £8, far better than the hassle of driving and paying for parking. Additionally, Low Fell had plenty of places for eating and drinking and was only a 10 minute walk from the accommodation. Will definitely use this Airbnb in the future if visiting Newcastle. We had a great stay at this spacious flat. It was absolutely spotless and well equipped. The check in was quick and easy. Neil was very quick to respond to our query during our stay. It was so close to the Metro too so getting into town was really quick. So close to the supermarkets too. Can’t fault it! Definitely recommend! Thanks Neil
