Vacation rentals with breakfast in Springwater

Our group of three couples stayed with Nonie and Armand for a little staycation, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. As fellow Airbnb hosts, it was a delight to be on the receiving end of such exceptional hospitality. Nonie and Armond truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome and cared for. Although it rained for much of our stay, having the covered outdoor gazebo allowed us to continue enjoying the peaceful surroundings. You can tell how much thought and love goes into their home, making it a special place. The photos simply don’t capture how amazing it truly is. Our group frequently rents Airbnbs, and while we were initially hesitant about this type of stay, we are so glad we chose it. Nonie and Armand are wonderful people who made us feel right at home. We wholeheartedly recommend their place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and this was by far one of the best! From the warm welcome to the extra touches of toiletries, snacks, coffee (with cream!) and water, we felt right at home. Rachel messaged early to ensure we parked properly, and to let us know she would be available for anything. Tastefully decorated and so clean. We will definitely visit again, perhaps in the summer to use the beautiful back yard. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Rachel!

We were exploring nearby and decided to stay with Givi, it was very comfortable. Givi was very responsive to our questions and requests, we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this fresh and spacious 7-bedroom house for one night with a large group and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful and inviting dining and kitchen area that quickly became the heart of our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was a pleasure cooking and sharing meals together. The beds were all comfortable, and the layout provided both space and privacy for everyone. We also loved spending time outdoors - the area around the house is peaceful and scenic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Highly recommend for a group getaway!

We had a great time at Paradise Palace. Amazing location, nice and quiet neighbourhood. Mike was a great host and was quick with his response if we needed help with anything to which we appreciated. The cottage was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for our group was definitely the heated pool, bbq and fire pit. We took full advantage of all those amenities with the beautiful weather. The backyard was another highlight especially at night with the lights on it was very relaxing and peaceful, great way to unwind after a long hot day in the pool. The only major complain for us would be the lack of cleanliness. The house was a bit untidy. The appliances in the kitchen were not as clean as well as the washrooms. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay and would recommended booking this cottage!

John is a great host, always responsive and helpful. House is great and in a good location. Bedroom is clean and well appointed. WC is modernized and really nice. It was a pleasure to stay there.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Daniel’s beautiful historic home. It was walking distance to the show, many great restaurants and an amazing bakery. Daniel even provided us a lovely breakfast the next morning which was great surprise.

We had a lovely stay at Stu and Heather’s place. It was clean, the property is beautiful and the kitchen was so well stocked. We were in town for a show at Casino Rama and it was great to be off the beaten path but still close after a late night. Stu greeted us when we checked in and gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. We look forward to coming back should an opportunity arise.

We were caught in the middle of an ice storm in Northern Ontario and had been without power for several hours. After trying multiple hotels—all either fully booked or, if pet-friendly, not allowing cats—we were feeling quite stuck. Thankfully, Mahasa came to our rescue. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to book on very short notice. Most importantly, she had no issues with us bringing our cat, which meant the world to us. The property itself is lovely—private, peaceful, and exceptionally well-maintained. We felt comfortable and safe throughout our stay. Highly recommended, especially for those traveling with pets!

Great host and a great place!

I stayed one night with my 4 adult children. Ademola arranged for enough parking, left very clear instructions on gaining access to the apartment and checked in on us to offer any info or if we had any issues. Nice place. it was a bit cool but Ademola adjusted the temperature for us and we were good. the hot tub was a nice feature as we owned one in the past so we reminisced while we enjoyed a nice jet after a long day in the car. Definitely would stay again if we need some space for the 5 of us!

Beautiful location. The host is very welcoming. The room was cozy perfect for a short stay. Lots of outdoor seating, the bath tub was super luxurious. Would highly recommend!!!

I don't usually take AirBNBs within homes; however, Shilpi did a great job showcasing her place as a B&B and placing guest amenities at the opposite side of the home, well away from others, and with your own bathroom. She was so welcoming, showing genuine interest in your comfort. I could have talked to her for a very long time, and actually we did in the morning when indulging in the amazing breakfast she made for me. It truly was the icing on the cake for my stay - absolutely delicious without being heavy. We shared a love for teas and the teas she provided - one after I arrived, and another at breakfast, was also spectacular. I would definitely stay again! Thank you Shilpi for sharing your wonderful home with me!

We had an amazing stay at Katarina and John’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was easy, and the space was spotless and beautifully designed. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast bar, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our mornings so much more enjoyable. Katarina was an exceptional host, always responsive and ensuring I had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The most essential feeling when away from home is to be somewhere where it feels just like home. Jens quaint, welcoming, clean, homey space does just that, makes you feel relaxed without a hiccup that you are away from your own personal space. Jen is an amazing, down to earth host that welcomes you like you had known her for years. I couldn’t have been more impressed with her hospitality and the most amazing comfort and ease she puts you at. Why would anyone want to stay anywhere else? I know if I require future accommodations, without a second thought I will return to this wonderful home and the host that makes it so. Thank you Jen, I’ve appreciated you more than you know.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at this beautiful b'n'b! From booking to the last day, Stu and his partner were so lovely, quick to respond, provided tons of local recommendations and hospitality was amazing! Everything is true to the pictures and the place is STUNNING. The room was great with AC unit & ceiling fan, lovely common areas, & a beautiful deck & garden with views out over the lake. We used the kayaks, peddle boat and paddleboard, we didnt need the bikes. Lounged dock-side & basically chilled the entire weekend which coming from DT Toronto was what the soul needed. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty - eggs, peameal bacon, croissants, fruit & yoghurt, juices and Tea, Starbucks coffee pods. We used the food delivery service Stu told us about, and Uber is subsidized by the city. Super easy & cheap to get to without a car & we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood/beaches. Bring some wine, watch the sunset and sunrise, and play on the lake. Honestly, we will 100% be back!
