Condo vacation rentals in Spoleto

This a perfect place to stay while visiting Spello. The apartment is a short walk to the old historic city, pastry and coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops and grocery store. There is also a good winery about 2 miles from the apartment. The hosts are exceptional. As we arrived, we were greeted with a large bowl of fruit, sparkling wine, a container of cookies, and everything you need for cooking including coffee, milk and other staples. The apartment is very comfortable and roomy with two decks to enjoy the sun. Communication was also excellent. I got instant replies to my questions. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

The friendly host welcomed us and sent us photos to help us find our way. The host also prepared champagne, so it had a eaten vibe. The view is really nice, so it's healing even if you don't go out of the house and just stay in the house. Very highly recommended as a very cool place. We would love to come back in the future by making other vacation plans. Have a great vacation!

Location of the house in a quiet and peaceful area with outdoor parking about 5 meters from the entrance. The villa is surrounded by a garden on two sides and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy spacious and quiet spaces furnished with garden furniture and lemon trees. The interior is furnished in an essential but tasteful way. The house is cozy, super clean and has all the comforts. The host has always been attentive to our every need for the entire period of stay in the house. Congratulations to the owners.

Bianca's house was on our pilgrimage path. This place was perfect for hosting tired travelers. We felt right at home! Bianca is very kind and responsive. I would recommend it without hesitating

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. The house was very nice and well furnished. Martina (the host) has been very proactive in providing us all the necessary furnitures for the baby (baby seat and coat) and other info to check in and moving around the area. Recommended!

The small and cozy house is equipped with everything. Then the possibility of parking in the gate is the best for Perugia. There is also a small garden with a bench and umbrella that we did not use because the time of the stay was very short. In short, everything was perfect.

Had a wonderful time staying in Deseos’s place! Couldn’t have asked for a more central location. Dropping the bags was slightly stressful with a car, but if you can carry your things, suggest parking down in the free parking lot at the bottom of the mini metro as the metro runs every few minutes and costs only €1.50 per ride. The apartment is just a five minute walk from the last mini metro stop. Perugia is so walkable and we really enjoyed being in the heart of it, eating at many of the local restaurants. If you’re into vintage shopping also recommend checking out Paleos Vintage. Deseos was incredibly helpful, sorting out any questions or needs we had efficiently and kindly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a lush stay in Perugia.

Absolutely beautiful little cellar just a couple minutes from the heart of Spello. We were so happy to have spent the night there, with an awesome kitchen to cook in, a hot shower, and a comfortable bed! I’d say it was about the size of a large Queen, with available A/C fan and windows (but you really didn’t need it!) Maria was so kind and responsive, and the checkout process was simple! Such a great value for the money, we would absolutely stay again!

A big spacious apartment in a great location - easy short walk from the train station and a couple of minutes to the cathedral. Large supermarket practically opposite the front door. Didn’t interact much with the owner after check in - more because there was no need. Recommended.

The apartment is very large, equipped and clean. Romina is a great hostess. Recommended.

Unfortunately my stay was shorter than originally planned. Marco was very accommodating with my arrival and helpful. The apartment was great and I had a great night’s sleep! I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. Our two Weimaraners immediately felt at ease, welcomed with affection and freedom. Il Capolinea is surrounded by greenery, perfect for slowing down and rediscovering the pleasure of the little things. The pool invites you to relax, perhaps with a sunset aperitif. A few minutes away, a hill offers a spectacular view of the lake, which is breathtaking. Every detail is lovingly taken care of, creating a warm and regenerating atmosphere. Staying at the Capolinea is like breathing the energy of a dream come true: Monica and Renato have created an authentic place, where you can enjoy nature, good food, and real human connections. Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!
