Vacation rentals with a patio in Spokane

Loved the Hobby Farm! Such a surprise to find something so peaceful in such a busy area. Loved the family history about the farm, and family. Home was very comfortable, and clean! Thanks Allen!

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Really is such a sweet space! I ended up traveling solo and The Loft was a great place to decompress and unplug. The extra details were so appreciated: storage baskets, ziploc bags, and multiple charging ports. Two things for future travelers: it’s on the 3rd floor so could be challenging for some if your luggage is heavy; and if you’re on the taller side, you might bonk your head in a few places 😉. I’m 5’3” and felt super cozy and tall! I’ll def be looking to stay here again on return trips! It’s just as lovely as the pics show~

Kaylene made our stay in Spokane seamless and super enjoyable. The check in process was very easy and the instructions were very clear. The beautiful apartment was immaculately clean with comfortable beds, living space, and well stocked kitchen. The location is very convenient for all activities in the downtown Spokane area. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

The space was perfect! Katlyn has a large working space that made it easy for me to work during my stay and the space is roomy and quiet.

Exceedingly tall ceilings (10 foot or more?!!) very classy finish in all rooms. 1st class bed. Outstanding location-twisting streets all around this place. unique eating places -parks. The hosts are so good at communicating. Easy entry no steps. front of property is for guests only! can park 2 cars side by side. Hosts only use back of property for coming and going

Very spacious, stocked with all essentials plus more, very clean, modern, bright. The king bed, full size kitchen, and trendy colors, textures, and decor really set this place aside from all others!

This is such a beautifully decorated home in a wonderful location. It's close to everything you need, but it's in a peaceful location surrounded by nature. There were many small touches that made the home special. Tirza was responsive to all of our needs and was proactive with checking in. We tried the Little Garden Cafe based on Tirza's recommendation, and highly recommend it. Thank you for a great stay, Tirza!

I was in town for work for three nights and Bethany’s place was perfect for me after long days of travel and work. Exactly as described, clean as a whistle and so comfortable. Convenient location for me and great restaurants right on the same block. The neighborhood is beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Pam and John’s house is in a beautiful, friendly, hip neighborhood in a fantastic location, steps from the river walk and near many restaurants and shops. The home was perfect for us - we sat out on the patio with the fire going almost every night. The kitchen , bedrooms, and baths are spacious and comfortable. Multiple smart tvs were easy to use. We rented a bike from their garage which was inexpensive and easy! Pam and John were immediately responsive to questions and issues. Next time we are in Spokane we won’t look any further than this place again!

The house was spacious and clean. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. I wish there was a recliner.

Dina was a wonderful host with a great property - the home was less than 2 years new with all the appliances and types of coffee making equipment we needed to host a dinner with the family members we came to town to visit. The furnishings were well thought out and the living room was a great place to gather. Bathrooms had all the amenities needed with a great supply of towels. Lots of hot water and great AC made for a great place to hang out throughout the day. A small back orch was great for morning coffee. We will be staying again when we come to town.

My family and I loved staying at this beautiful home. It was an oasis and so peaceful. Marisa was extremely responsive and helpful. The home had everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay again in the future!

Location was good. We were able to enjoy a Farmers Market in the corner park. Weather was great. We were able to have parking right on the street. Never a problem. Felt safe and quiet.

Our stay at Robert's place was perfect. The location was great - close to a few shops and great restaurants, beautiful walking paths, 5 mins to downtown CDA. The pictures are accurate, the condo was spotless, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. I would definitely book this condo again. Thank you for a great stay!

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

This was my first time staying at this location. I was looking for something small and accommodating. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is well maintained, clean and very spacious for a 2 bdrm!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condominium in Coeur D'Alene!  The unit is well appointed and laid out.  It is bright and airy and nicely decorated.  The gathering place is in the center space that includes the living room, kitchen, and deck.  Each side of the living space features the bedrooms.  The unit is located at the end of the building which makes for a very peaceful experience.  Having two parking places in the secure garage below the building is very convenient.  The overall Riverstone complex is convenient and fun to explore.  The dining options are plentiful nearby.  We rented some ebikes nearby and took the trail along the river to town.  It was a pleasure working with Jennifer.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our three night stay.
