The place was more than we expected. They left us stuff in the fridge to make breakfast which was a wonderful surprise. The only down side was the only access to let our dog out was through the garage door which wasn't that convenient. But overall we enjoyed our time there and would stay there again.

Amazing place for the price. Like other reviews mentioned, the interior and appliances are dated. Im a kid 90's earlier 2000 kid, so it didn't bother me at all. The beds were comfortable place was clean. It's a basement so you do hear the upstairs in the early morning. If u rise earlier or a heavy sleeper shouldn't be a problem. we will be back just an amazing place. thank you

We loved her cozy apartment, peaceful location in the woods, just a few steps to the lake, walkable area! Susann has added many "homey" touches that make it a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Bookshelves full, board games. There is a boat ramp down the road, and we saw fishermen out on the lake. It is a 10 minute drive to local restaurants and grocery, and we loved O'Malley's pub. Susann is a great, helpful lady!

We were in town visiting family and it was the perfect bedroom for our Thanksgiving holiday. We highly recommend this place!

This was my second time staying here and I would definitely come back again. It was very clean and comfortable for my daughter and I. We appreciated the snacks and water bottles provided, since we had a long day at a dance competition. Loved the location and how peaceful the neighborhood was.

Super friendly, informative and cooperative! I felt comfortable talking to her and staying at her place. It was peaceful on both ends and went smooth. She even worked with me in extending my stay! Overall, friendly, welcoming, homely, comfortable, and a warming person and place to stay!

What a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing place to stay. My husband, daughter and I had such a memorable time there. The view of the lake and being out on nature was amazing! We loved visiting in the winter and hope to come back in the summer after our baby boy is born. Such wonderful hosts and the inside was very nice and lovely.

Spent the weekend in WA and stayed at Morgan’s place! It was everything we could have asked for, great neighborhood, felt very safe and relaxed, would definitely recommend and would stay here again! ☺️

This was possibly the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. The hosts were very polite and easy to reach, and everything was as described or better. I slept on the queen size bed, and the mattress was perfect. My daughter slept on the pullout sofa, and she said it was comfortable as well. We were in town for a shooting competition, and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Two thumbs up for Joel and Kim as hosts.

This property has the most beautiful view of Coeur d’Alene lake. The space was gorgeously decorated. It had all the amenities you would need to feel cozy and at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices. Cindi was si friendly, welcoming and reaponsive.

We stayed here for a cousins’ wedding getaway and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for four adults, with a multi-story layout that helped keep things quiet and comfortable. The downstairs bed was super cozy, and everything was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt totally safe parking on the street as instructed. The location was ideal—everything we needed was within a mile. The host was friendly, responsive, and left great suggestions for food and activities. We even went white-water rafting with Wiley E. Waters, which was an unforgettable experience. It was a beautiful weekend, and we’d definitely recommend this place to others!

Arlene’s place was just enough for my husband and I to enjoy safe clean very organized easy access, peaceful, beautiful surrounding Airbnb 5 minutes away from our son and grandson. The place stood out of the cleanliness, comfortable bed very soft sheets. Little extra touches that the host thought about made it extra special. Thank you. This was our second time staying at Yelena’s place. The property is lovely. The landscaping and back patio are beautifully maintained: a genuine sanctuary. The living areas are meticulously-kept, with comfortable beds and quality linens. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. We loved our time at this property and would look here first if we are back in the area.

We had just a quick overnight stay after a show in Spokane, but we enjoyed the homey environment of Jan’s place. It was spotlessly clean and had an amazingly comfortable bed (not always the easiest thing to find in an Airbnb!) Being in the basement apartment, there was the added benefit of staying cool after a very warm day outside. Thank you Jan!
